My favorite character is actually Amy Farrah Fowler (Sheldon's girlfriend) and I don't recall. I believe someone mentioned the show to me so I watched an episode a night or two later and 'the rest is history'.

I'm only about 90% through the fourth season (I don't want to rush the series ), but Amy Farrah Fowler still annoys me Rofl
Actually the story of how I got into it is quite odd...Cille and I had both went down a short TV list we wrote, most of them we both hadn't seen, etc. And we both decided we'd watch a show together (obviously something neither of us had seen before) and The Big Bang Theory it was. I had never watched it before because I'm far, far, far from a science fan

My favorite character is the tall skinny nerdy guy. Note~I didn't watch alot of this, but it is pretty funny. ;o
